WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Staying up to date is super easy: just check the email you received after placing an order or log into your account. It may take up to 24 hours after an order has shipped for tracking information to update. If you need help, just send an email to hello@kaleidobath.com. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Time for shipping will vary based on the method you chose at checkout. 

HOW DO I USE MY PROMO CODE?

Enter your code at checkout exactly as it appears in the email or webpage. Click "Apply" and your discount will be detailed in the payment summary. Only one promotional discount code allowed per order. 

WHY HAVE YOU STOPPED MAKING MY FAVORITE FRAGRANCE?

We know it’s sad to see a fragrance go, and we’re sorry for your disappointment. But don’t despair! Some of the fragrances you loved in stores are now available as Retired Fragrances on our website. If your fragrance isn’t there, please know that we make decisions on products and fragrances only after careful consideration of purchasing patterns across the nation. Your opinion matters to us, and we would be happy to receive an email from you telling us your favorite product. Send it to CustomerCare@BathandBodyWorks.com, and we’ll forward that information to our Product Development Team. In the meantime, stop by a store or call us at 1-800-756-5005, and we’ll help you find the next best thing.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from KaleidoBath. If for any reason you’re not, simply send us an email at hello@kaleidobath.com. While we don't offer returns, we have an excellent refund policy. 30 day guarantee- no questions asked.

WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION NOT BEING ACCEPTED?

If you get an error message about a credit card failure after attempting to submit an order, you may want to check the following:

  • Ensure that there are no typos or misspellings in your name, street address, city, state and zip code.
  • Verify that your billing name (including middle initial) and address on your credit card bill is exactly the same as you have entered.
  • Try re-entering your CID or security code.

If you have validated that the information is correct and you receive an error message at another attempt, email us at hello@kaleidobath.com.

Please be aware that with each submission, you may place another hold on your funds for the total amount of the order. If this happens, those authorizations will drop off your account within 2-4 business days depending on your issuing bank. Please contact your bank for further questions.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We do offer international shipping. You may choose a shipping method at checkout where you will see real-time shipping rates. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs that may be due. 

HOW ARE BATH BOMBS, BUBBLE BARS, & FIZZY BATH MELTS DIFFERENT FROM ONE ANOTHER?

Thanks for asking! They all contain wonderful oils that will aid in moisturizing your skin and will add color & scent to the bath.

Bath bombs are specifically made with creating a fun bath in mind. They fizz and release beautiful colors and scents into the bath. Bath bombs may contain SLES for a frothy layer of bubbles. They are also often made with luxury ingredients such as marshmallow root and sea kelp. You just pop them into the tub and they're ready to go.

A bubble bar does not fizz (unless otherwise indicated). It's main purpose it so change the color of water, add scent, and (most importantly) created a bubble bath full of classic, large bubbles. Bubble bars are used by crumbling them beneath running water. Also, sloshing the water around with your hands during the process creates more bubbles!

A fizzy bath melt will fizz like a bath bomb, but not as much. The baking soda and citric acid are primarily used so that we can ship the melts year round versus only in colder weather. A bath melt's primary purpose is to release ultra-moisturizing ingredients into the bath such as shea butter or pumpkin seed butter. 

 

HOW CAN I TELL WHEN MY FAVORITE KALEIDOBATH PRODUCT IS EXPIRED?

Fantastic question!

Here are a few rules of thumb:

  • Most products will stay fresh for up to a year if properly sealed.
  • Opened products should be used within 6 months of purchase.
  • Preserve the life of your product by storing it in a cool,dry place. 
  • Last, expired body care products won’t damage skin, but they will be less effective over time. Aged ingredients won’t nourish and hydrate your skin as thoroughly as fresh ones. And "stale" bath bombs may not fizz as well as they once would have.
